Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the service provided by Alliancelec at alliancelec.tech (the “Service”). By signing in or connecting a Facebook account you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service lets you view ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets and ads you manage on Meta platforms and start or pause them. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are issued by your organization’s administrator. Keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all actions performed under your account.
3. Facebook data and permissions
- You may connect only Facebook profiles you own or are authorized to use.
- Actions you take in the Service (for example pausing a campaign) are executed in your Meta ad accounts on your behalf and may affect spend and delivery. You are responsible for these actions.
- You must comply with Meta’s Terms, Advertising Policies and Platform Terms.
- You can revoke access at any time in your Facebook settings or by deleting the profile in the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access data of other organizations, interfere with its operation or use it in violation of applicable law.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. Data is synchronized periodically and may be delayed or incomplete. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or advertising spend resulting from use of the Service.
6. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
